Hi my name is Joseph Dus I met Erin Filipowski on February 14, 2011. We met at a Valentine's Day party that Little City had. We've been there for each other. This picture was taken at one of our Christmas party last year. So I made this on the computer at art. I'm also the Little City Advocacy Group Director. Erin Filipowski started joining our Advocacy Group last year and was voted as the Asst. Advisor. And this year she was voted for the Advisor for the Advocacy Group. Erin and I have been doing things together for almost 2 years now.
The Center for the Arts at Little City Foundation is the result of an evolutionary process that began with the belief that people with developmental disabilities could be taught skills that would lead to full opportunities in the arts. Each day, professional artists acting as facilitators encourage artists to expand their reach and skills, resulting in art that transcends the disability of the artists who created it.
