All the people and all the places watch out for the glowing green rabbit this weekend.

Justine

Bobbie was remembering her mother today. These are some of the things she liked. "She had a sense of humor, too."

Can we talk about the elephant in the room?

I guess not, unless someone can read this calligraphy. Nice work, John!

Jeff's Rainforest

After he finished it, Jeff said this reminds him of when he worked at the Rainforest Cafe.

John on a Road Trip

John is driving somewhere to do something. He wont reveal the secret location. I think its somewhere along the coastline.
His car is top loaded with a load of basketballs. You never know when you might have to stop for a pick up game.

I love you good Morning America World

Three Brothers witness the glory of the golden birth. May the glory of heavens peace hold you Mr. Good Shepard.

The Birds Swimming in the Water of Swan Lake

The birds are swimming in the Swan Lake of Tchaikovsky. The boat is playing Mendelssohn's 3rd Symphony, it is beautiful. Mendelssohn is driving the boat. He is listening to his music. He is composing his music in the storm.

Park it by Wall- inside the airplane hanger

Que the Ferrari Red Background please.

Something new for the concept car fans. My design holds four times the amount of cargo compared to the old Chevy El Camnio. Ah the El Camnio I remember the Subaru Brat as well- Wayne. How you feel about it being the first Ferrari Hi performance pick up.?
Well I picked a V-12 so it will go fast on the highways.

We Do- Others too

A mass of faces pressed against the cool glass. Stubby fingers draw lines in the fog like condensation of the window. Lines form grids and words slowly emerge.

Ravel's Grave

Ravel's grave in the day and night. The nighttime cemetery has the ghostly apparition of the taxi driver who ran into him, causing the brain injury that eventually killed him in 1937.

God Likes Soul Music

Years ago the Pharaohs made people slaves. They lied about the whole situation. They got away with stuff- mass destruction. God likes soul music better than gentleman music.
What's an example of gentleman music?
Bing Crosby and each one of them...

Chef and the Living Oven

Chef and the Living Oven
Harold is at it again:

Lunch time makes Harold's tummy rumble- and the rumbles bring thoughts of Chef.

Chef loves to cook all sorts of things. You never know whats going to end up in Chef's culinary partner in crime the Living Oven.

I can smell what Harold is cooking.

A cool blast from the past.

John found the source image for this work, and so was intrigued by the notion of a Jamaican bobsled team. I never saw the film Cool Running about their rise to fame but after his response to the image I may have to go to the library and check out the movie. I think it would great to bring the film into the lab for John and the other artists to view.

Gerschwin's Tumor

Luke was quoting Beethoven this morning: "Life is short; art is eternal". This seems appropriate since we are talking about the brain tumor that took Gershwin's life at the young age of 38.
The same age Mendelssohn was...
'Porgy and Bess' premiered in 1935 but was not very popular until later. Some actors refused to perform in it since they didn't like the way it portrayed African American life. Even so, songs like 'Summertime' are still popular today.
What do you think of the tumor, Luke? Is it the right size?
It could be bloodier.

We Will Not Bother You

More neon in Heaven's Vegas (by Harold).
Luke says "What about 'Do Not Disturb?'"
"and girls wrestling - you know in Las Vegas - girls wrestle. Now what?"
