mural progress

Today Brian and I took some pictures while Mike, Luke and Bobby helped continue painting the red base coat. John King worked on re-defining a couple of the figures and began painting features on one of the faces. Here he is with one of his reference drawings temporarily affixed to the mural. Mike and Luke had a lively discussion regarding the significance of the color red. Of course Luke likes the blood reference, whereas Mike (in his usual cheerful fashion) insists that red is for Christmas.

  1. Luke says: The mural should have gravestones on it- and composers. We could also paint Mike's head red and start a 'red man group'.

  2. I'm still not sure exactly where it's going, but it's looking good already.
