Wayne's Car for France

I'm looking for a good size hotel room in Paris- on the first floor. I'm not the kind of guy who likes to climb up to the second floor. I want to be on the main floor.
I would wear my French chapeau and walk around town. They would say 'Well, who do we have here? An artist?' Yes, I'm an artist. I make pictures.
